Wow Talks Flagship London event ‘Women in Tech’ was held at the Royal Geographic Society last month and we had the pleasure of being invited along in collaboration with DevelopHer, one of the sponsors of the event. The event focused on inspiring young women in the world of technology and offering an opportunity to learn about all the exciting career opportunities in tech. Swallows and Amazons Competition

The new Swallows and Amazons film will be sailing into cinemas on August 19th. In anticipation and to celebrate this adventure, Studiocanal, are offering you the chance to win a Glamping Holiday and some extra cash to boot. Fans are invited to submit their favourite Great British Summer Holiday pictures on Twitter and Instagram with #SwallowsAndAmazons. Muddy Milestones

There are certain events throughout the year which we participate in annually and use as mile stones, or check points to look back and review how the company is doing and how the product is evolving. Glastonbury Festival is one such event. We first rocked up to the Silver Hayes area at Glastonbury Festival three years ago. New Feature Alert: Pinning Posts

Since the launch of AwesomeWall 2.0 last May, we have had various requests for additional features to the platform. We have been methodically working our way down this list and are pleased to announce that AwesomeWall now has a pinning feature. As part of the SmartModeration system, once you have approved a post, you can now also 'pin' the post to the top of your wall so that it will always appear first. Simply click the pin icon, it will turn green and your pinned post will move to the top and stay there until you un click it. »

The Instagram API changes and what it means to you

You might have read recently that Instagram are changing their API to make it more restrictive, and many of you are asking us how this affects you and your Instagram feeds. Rest assured AwesomeWall customers, as we are pleased to announce that after submitting our application, Instagram has approved AwesomeWall for full use of their API under the new review guidelines. Last November, Instagram announced that every new app created on the Instagram Platform will start in Sandbox mode. Any existing apps could continue to use the old Instagram API until 1st June 2016.
